Real Estate Broker
A real estate broker is a person, corporation, or partnership licensed by a state to represent a buyer or seller in a real estate transaction in exchange for a commission.
A real estate broker is different then a real estate agent in that the real estate agent works under the supervision of the real estate broker.
The real estate agent is the one who shows you the house and takes care of all the nitty-gritty things that are associated with selling real estate.
