Selling Your Home Below Market Value? Read This

by Gerard on 1/10

When I tried to sell my house last year I wanted to sell it below market value.

My real estate agent refused to sell it at my asking price.

he claimed it would screw up the market by offsetting the Comparative Market Analysis

He told me once another buyer realizes how much a home such as mine is sold for, they will use it to get another bargain down the street.

There are many unanswered questions with this post. First of all, why would your real estate agent refused to sell it at your asking price?

How much of a discount were you offering?

What market are you in?

If you've been listening to the news lately, the real estate market is already screwed up. It is true that your sale may affect other homes in your area, but at the same time, your agent owes you loyalty, and obedience.

This agent needs to be fire for being incompetent.
