When To Take The Florida Real Estate State Exam
In Florida, you can take the state exam up to two years after you past the real estate school test
If you let two years go by you have to take the 60 hour class all over again
It is strongly suggests however that you take the state exam as soon as you are done with the 60 hour class since the information is fresh in your head
