"The appeal of a FSBO sale is obvious" reported Nene Groskind of the Boston Herald, "You don’t have to pay a full-service broker’s commission (typically about 6 percent of the selling price).
She warned that selling your home on your own is not as easy as placing a for sale sign in front of your house and FSBO is not for everyone.
