Like i said before and ill say it again everything start with Government...
If you don't have a strong Government in place to Govern most likely everything that happen will be Chaotic...
You have to see it this way Haiti is a country, with no guideance of how an individuals run it business or property, you as the owner of the business or property you can price your merchandise as you please..
it is the unfortunate who can not afford to buy it so be it..
it is not your problem eventually someone with the right amount of cash will be able to buy it
because so much corruption and drug dealers are able to come up with the money nobody cares, and question our living status..
