I saw a condo for sale and it says "Needs TLC" and I wanted to know what it TLC means so I called my real estate agent When a house is for sale and it needs TLC, what does this mean TLC mans Tender Loving Care, my real estate agent says TLC is the same as what they call a Handyman special TLC means the house or condo needs a lot of work when a real estate property for sale needs tender loving care, that means the property is a fixer upper and you will need to put some good amount of money into it to make it liveable again after you buy it.
