I personally never believed in that CHINESE DRYWALL CRAP.
I truly felt the fact that the housing market went down so low, and that great opportunity has opened for the underdogs(the minorities) to finally buy a house of their own. This was just a hoke to slow underdogs interests, so that you can get really scared to accept your blessings
Ask yourself these questions.
Why didn't we hear all this CHINESE DRYWALL MESSAGE WHEN THE HOUSING MARKET WAS BOOMING;WHEN THE REALTORS WERE MAKING TONS OF COMMISSIONS IN THESE TRANSACTIONS.
Woodring baby, this is your time to reap out the rewards that you have dreamed of God only knows how long. You need to MOVE AND MOVE FAST NOT TO MISS YOUR $8000.00 on top of that
I hope my message will be the last one that you read before you even thinking of walking away. Buying a house will be the second best decision that you will make besides having a child of your own.
