If it's something you can afford to get done then I would take the opportunity. I would love to find a condo here in Jersey for $21K because I'm so against buying a house since I don't have the American Dream and I'm a single mother I do not want to be cutting no grass(thats why they have parks), clean the snow or any of the maintenance when I can pay the condo association fee to get all that done Wish you luck Barbara(Moumouse)
