I was thinking about buying a condo as a quick alternative to renting.
Since I've decided to move back to South Florida, I'll realize that the price to rent an apartment, even if I decide to buy a house later, is probably much more than to purchase a cheap condo.
I've been told that there are condominiums down there in the 50 to 90 thousand dollar range and to buy house, even in this economy, it will cost even more.
I've owned a few homes before, I've even owned a few rental properties and I know that you never loose when you buy real estate.
But at this time, I am really trying to consider a cheap alternative to renting an apartment.
What do you think?
