Well I will tell you that having a condo is a nightmare, because i have one
They have so many rules and etc. By thinking about what i have to deal with every day, give me headache
Please don't buy condo
Someone who live in an apartment have more right, more freedom then you, and you have to do whatever the board members say whether you like it or not. and you have no say
that is why i am trying to sell it so i can live in peace
DO NOT NOT BUY CONDO PLEEEASE.

I agree 100% I own condo and the manager hates me. So I get fined for everything and his wife is on Board.
He is a real nut and is making my life a nightmare!Also can the Board require you to have white curtains if not specified?

What are some the condo rules that really get on your nerves
I need to know if these rules would interfere with my lifestyle
Sorry to hear about your stress dealing with your condominium association.
I hear some of them can be quite a pain.
