Most people will prefer buying a house instead of a condominium for several reasons including those you mentioned in your post.The choice may depend on each individual's situation.
First of all, if someone has the financial means to afford a house, the choice is obvious.
If not, a condo might be the solution.
Maintenance fees and restrictions are not for condos only.They are also for houses located in a community.
A homeowner, regardless of the type of the property owned, must comply with these rules.

I would buy a Condo.
I don't have the time to do outside work that a House will need. I don't even have the time to sleep or eat, and that's something that I can't live without.
If you are like me buy a Condo, just pay someone to do the work and keep your day moving.

monche in my opinion it's better 2 buy a house than a condo because I don't think is more on ur advantage, but the thing is both have advantage and disavantage, to me the house is better

I like big back yard for bbq and family gathering so i will say get a house instead, and yes condos are harder to sale than houses and you will get more for your money if you buy a house

i would buy an house simply because it can b equity...
and a condo is ok if u are a person without family simply because there is not that much u can invest an a condo, an the interest on a house is better over the years.
