Would You Buy A Condo Or A House?

I am thinking about buying a condominium but all my friends are telling me that I should buy a house instead.

Their primary reason for not buying a condo seems to be related to the association fees, restrictions, and they say condos are more difficult to sell than a house.

For some reason I feel that a condo would be best for me and I am really thinking about buying one.

If you have any ideas about condos vs. Houses, please share with me.
