Let us drop back to a few years ago in time to say 2005 or 2006 when house prices in Florida were at an all time high. What happened next was that there were so many houses being built through out the State of Florida that the Authorities had to bring in stringent building standards in order to placate the banks and insurance companies that were lending on and insuring the houses
